    • Seed is the slowest route of obtaining grass. Care must be taken to adequately water and cover the seed in order to produce the desired results. The only problem with seed is that if the wind blows or birds eat seed in one area, you will have to re-seed that area again
  • Back filling – Rough or final grading. To backfill means to bring dirt or gravel up to the grade you want. This is mainly seen around new homes, walls or driveways. Rough or final grading is the preparation of the ground for seed.
